SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING - INDIVIDUAL and/or FAMILY Counseling conducted by a CSAC, Resident or Licensed Person with Substance Abuse experience. Counseling occurs weekly utilizing theoretical approaches such as Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, 12- steps, Seeking Safety, and psychoeducation to address addiction, or substance abuse diagnoses to help youth and families move towards the path of recovery.
