Les Blondino, LMFT, LPC
Agency Director and Founder
Les was first inspired to start Strategic in 1994 after realizing that working with the entire FAMILY was the way to long-lasting, effective change.
He learned about family therapy by attending the Family Therapy Institute in Washington, D.C.,training with Cloe' Madanes as well as other workshops lead by Jay Haley, Stephen Lankton, Jeff Zeig and Michael Yapko.
Les has presented the Strategic Therapy model at various conferences, including the Brief Strategic Family Therapy Conference.

Laura Blondino, MBA
Administrative Director and Co-founder
Laura Blondino is the co-founder and administrative guru of Strategic Therapy.
When Les had the idea of opening up a family systems therapy agency, Laura was up to the challenge. She quickly learned about mental health regulations, licensing, insurance, billing, and overall business management. Her experience, knowledge, and keen eye to detail gave her the lead to successfully launch the administrative side while Les provided family systems therapy.

Faye Miles, LPC
Operations Director
Faye has over 20 years experience in the community mental health field
with experience in the juvenile justice system, homelessness and domestic violence shelters, group homes, psychiatric hospitals, and Communtiy Services Board.
Faye is passionate about keeping families together and reinstilling hope to children and families who have experienced
trauma.

Erin Mace, LPC
Compliance Director
Erin has 20+ years of behavioral health experience to include; community mental health, treatment foster care, residential, crisis and outpatient services.
She is passionate about policy management, program development & people development. She strives to ensure highest quality of services are being provided at all times and also loves working in the community to help families become more healthy and resilient.

Erika Eades
Human Resources Director
Erika has been with Strategic since 2004 as the Human Resources Director.
Erika is diligent in researching insurance and retirement plans to best fit the needs of Strategic employees.

Communications Director
Misty has been with Strategic for 13 years. She has worked in quality assurance, billing, therapeutic day treatment, referrals management and community relations.
